Voting Question: When will I be able to move with my husband to AIT in Monterey, California?

My husband is currently in basic training. His orders originally stated that he will be finished with basic October 1st, then leaving for AIT November 1st. He called me the other night and said that others that were 35 W are being sent to AIT as soon as they are finished bootcamp and will not get to go home before then. This worries me because our son's due date is October 22nd. Since his AIT his 52 weeks long, I will be able to accompany him but, when will I be able to actually move there?
