Resolved Question: My fiance (who is mexican) got arrested and now is facing deportation in 1-2 weeks..?

We live in Monterey County, California. My fiance was arrested was charged w/ DUI, hit in run and no drivers license. They did he's finger prints.. He came clean. He has never been in trouble with the law, but immigration got ahold on him. Yes he is a illegal immigrant, we are going to get married in a few weeks..well we were..we have 4 month old bby together. Now he's going to wait here 1-2 weeks to go to court (that's what the bailsbond said) then immigration is picking him up.. I already got a immigration lawyer who I'm going to talk tomorrow with and she said she's going to get his records on Tuesday and see what can be done..My question is what can I do??For anyone who's been Through this can u tell me what happen to you?
